MT765 with 10000 Canadian gallons manure tank
This is a MT765 hitched to a 10000 Canadian gallons manure
tank. The tank is running on two Cat VFS50 track
undercarriages. It is owned by a contractor located 50 km
southwest of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The photo was taken
on July 17th at the annual Quebec Holstein Association Open
Doors Day, at Camp-Hols Farm in Ste-Sabine, Quebec, Canada.

Re: MT765 with 10000 Canadian gallons manure tank
Looks cool, but that is only useful in the fall and spring
on plowed land...

That would just chew up a hayfield at every turn... duals on
a tractor do enough damage...

Re: MT765 with 10000 Canadian gallons manure tank
Personally, I wouldn't even want to see anything like that
in my fields, even on plowed land!!! (I have to say that
here in Quebec, we have very heavy clay soils.) It is not
because it is on tracks that it will not cause compaction.
Personally, I prefer my old JD 4250 with my Houle 3750 Imp.
Gallons tank. It causes less compaction and it doesn't
damage hayfields. And I can do a better job by doing it by
myself rather than relying on a contractor that prefer doing
a fast job rather than a good job. It is all a question of
choices...!!!
