Here's another serie of photo's of the Piper Brave ph-ajb.
Aircraft belongs to Bogaerds Cord b.v. in Swifterbant and is
powered by a 285 hp engine. Notice the concentration of the
pilot, crop-spraying is very demanding work. Lelystad 1998

Working the other way. Notice the whirling leaves of the
potatoes. It is caused by the turbulence of the propeller.

To avoid drift, the spray valve must not be opened too soon.
On this picture, the pilot gives a nice demonstration how it
should be done.

To get a good picture of a crop spraying plane, you must get
up early. Here you can see the plane in the early morning
fog, leaving for another field.

On this last picture, the spray swath is clearly visible.
The potatoes are treated with a fungicide against the
notorious disease fytoftora.
