PRAMEY 125394 208 1800 Ready for some snow! either
1800 Ready for some snow!
Had the chance to add a front blade to the 1800C and jumped
at it. Can push a lot more snow than I can pull with the
rear blade.
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
If you have een AC you can push a lot of moren snow then
with that Oliver. ;-) :-P
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
I dont think you have ever driven a Cockshutt or Oliver
because if you had you would know the power and strength of
these machines. Allis chalmers give me a break haha your not
honeslty comparing an Allis Chalmers to an Oliver are you?
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
Is that one of those blades you normally put on a pickup?
and the linkage off a pickup as well?
If so i am not so sure that is strong enough, theres quite a
force acting out on the linkage the blade hooks up to when
pushing snow.

Here's a pic of our NH TS100 with our snowblade
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
heres a pic of the hook up to the tractor with the cylinder.
this frame ahs been welded a few times as well, it has had
cracks in it from the stress on the frame when pushing snow
in town.
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
forgot to mention in my last post with the frame pic..
there's also a 4x4 heavy wall square tube that runs to the
back of the tractor and bolts to the hitch for extra

Josh Miller,
This is the Allis i used to push snow with when i pushed
snow for a snow removal company..this tractor pushed a lot
of snow :-)
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
Thats a pretty nice tractor actualy good shape. There is a
farm near me that have a couple Allis Chalmers tractors that
look just like that im not sure of the number but they arent
in as good of shape as those. Other than that we dont see to
many of them around here. Whats the HP on this tractor?
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!

that tractor is in really good shape for its age.
the interior is like new condition, body is also very good.
this tractor runs approx. 155hp according to the owner when
i asked him.
Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
Hey Huib,

Yeah, that plow in the top pic is a blade off a truck. It
also looks like they added a cylinder, with down pressure
too. I would say it will need some re-enforcing to
withstand alot of snow. If they are only using it personal
use it should be ok, but if for contract work, then it wil
need some extra steel.

So do you do contract plowing with the NH during the winter

Take care,

Re: 1800 Ready for some snow!
dad dif for 2 years for a guy, but with a rear blade.
the front blade in the pic belongs to a neighbour who had it
laying around and had no use for it, so he told us we could
put it on our tractor if we wanted, and i tell ya its the
cat's ass for pushing snow in the yard and at the neighbours
houses where i keep the driveway clean.
