IH 1456
An open station IH 1456. One of the machines from the good
old days of farming!
Re: IH 1456
Yours suck ya need a cab
Re: IH 1456
To whatever idiot wrote this post,

You do not always need a cab, though I do prefer them to
stay out of the dust. Anyway, why do I suck? What the hell
did I do??????? HUH, tell me! Hey I have an opinion, and I
will post it all I want. But I also show others respect,
unlike you! So go get a life and stay off this site!

Re: IH 1456
why does he need a cab? tractor works just fine as is i
never had a cab, rops yes, but no cab they just get in the
way. besides finding or building a cab for an older tractor
might be interesting and the time and money could be better
used elsewere. to borrow an old overused saying; you young
pups have it way too easy, todays tractors do in a couple of
hours or less what the old super m did for a good days work.
and they aint got no cab either.
Re: IH 1456
I'm only 14 and all we have is cabless tractors and we farm
1000 acres. Cabs are nice but not always need.
Re: IH 1456
A Cab is a Luxury - decide yourself if you need it or not.
But a "roll bar" is something different - it can sve your
life! Here in Germany it ist a must-have even for old

BTW: Today would be much to cold for Non-Cab-Work here in
Germany, but i think it wont be a problem e.g. in

Re: IH 1456
Hy, this is Berni
Why a cab?? My most preferd (my english is not very good,
sorry) is a JD 920 or the Schlüter S350 without cab. The
cabriofeeling (engl.: convertible) is perfect
Re: IH 1456
We still have many cabless machines working here in
Scotland. Sometimes it is usefull for getting into old
buildings with low roofs. We have really cold weather today.
Rather than fitting a cab I would wear a good oilskin
Re: IH 1456
You don't need a cab, I have been working ground for my
father and uncle for about 10 years now, and ever since I
started working ground I used a 4020 with no cab. Then this
year I worked ground with ouir 4440 with a cab, and I prefer
the cabless 4020, you see more than you do with the cab, and
also you are in the good outdoors with out your cab.
Re: IH 1456
Hey lanceSUCKS you just want the cab to hide your small one
and you suck!! Why don't ya take the cab shove it up your
ass and turn it sideways to make it all feel good!
Re: IH 1456
You don't always need a cab. Driving a tractor with a cab
compared to driving one without is TOTALLY different.
Allthought there are more benefits to driving a tractor with
a cab then without.
Re: IH 1456
lance, the guy up on top goes to school with me he's an ass
he likes guys too! so don't worry!
Re: IH 1456
Hi Lance,

They sure do bring back memories. I remember a farmer my
dad worked for had a open 666, and a 1066 ( with cab). I
also remember my dad's MF 35 pulling them both out once!
None the less, they sure do bring back memories of the old
days when simplicity was at it's best, and no electronics to
help them!!!!
