Campbell Seed 324NRR soybeans in Ohio
These beans were planted on June 1, 2005 and had tremendous
weather. This land was idle for 15 years in the government
program and this is the first year out of the program. We
fried the weeds with 2-4D and Roundup and notilled into the
trash. All that cover trash kept the ground damp, so that
was the reason for the late planting. It also preserved
moisture for the beans during the growing season. As you
can see, they grew well. We pulled two plants that were
growing side by side, zero inches apart. One plant had 36
pods and one had 46 pods.

I live about 5 miles from Campbell Seeds office/plant. It's
good to hear positive results from a local company.

Yes, I have beens there a couple times. By the way, these
beans were drilled in 7.5 inch rows with a JD air seeder.
