Made in the USA.
looks like a Case 1000. 1959 - 1962. 42 inch wide cylinder.
80 hp engine I think.
Thanks, we in Europa didn't have this combines so I don't
know this models.
This looks just like the combine I learned to drive when I
was 12--a 660 Case. The amazing thing is the one we have
still runs, just not very often. It is parked in my Dad's
shed in Oklahoma. My Grandfather bought it brand new in the
'60s and he and my Father kept it in the shed when not in
use so it has had very little rain on it over the years so
very little rust. All four tires are original equipment.
We have a 14 ft. header with a 4-bat reel on it. Sometimes
we would use a 6-bat pickup reel that we got off of a
Gleaner combine when the crop was down. All our pictures of
this combine are on slides and I haven't had time to convert
them to digital or I would post a picture. Thanks for the
