Dear Peter

Hello Peter. This is a great picture of the vervaet. Where
about was the picture taken. Is it working for a contractor
having covered such a large area?

Re: Vervaet Beet Eater
Hello Peter,

the 9-row Beet Eater ist a nice machine. Can you tell me a
bit about your experience? Good and bad?

Re: Vervaet Beet Eater
hi peter
i drive a 2004 6 row vervaet,on many days this season i have
lifted 20 hectares in a day, up to three times this season i
could have lifted in excess of 25 hectares but ran out of
storage space. So far this season i have lifted 900 hectares.
I have done mods to my machine so it will lift beet on good
going up to 10 kph.
Two years ago i had a nine row hexa i lifted about 50
hectares with it before we sent it back it was slow on the
field and not easy to move on narrow roads, if you imagine a
nine row machine as a stretched limo and a six row machine
as a race car that about right i would say.
Dont give upon the six row machines yet theres more to come.
Love to try the Beet Eater must be good for 30-40 hectares
a day with a few mods.
I will also still be lifting in february.
