and it is a non problem tranny!
only some 55 series had problems in europe,due to wrong
handling on the road. :-\

In Canada we had a 4450 w. FEL wich had 90% loader work with
18000 hrs. on it.
no problems at all.

it was a nice transmission for its time but after 10000
hours sooner or later you will get problems with it.
Contractor in my village has a 4450 and a 4850 with 15000H
never had problems with the tranny ( 4850 had an
engine-revision ) but they are now thinking of trading them
in because of possible tranny-problems.
