Re: 8010
Hey there Jontiras!! A little early to tell much about the
overall yield...it's really spotty for some reason; some
raelly good wheat and then it falls off pretty bad. Will
know better by the end of today. All the best from Oregon.

Re: 8010
Hi jdeere! The header is a 36 foot flex draper; just the
ticket for keeping this bad boy loaded to capacity ;-)

Re: 8010
Hey Jontiras! There is about 300 acres in one chunk on the
west side of the road. It is split by a big draw into
roughly
two parts. When we finish the west side, then we will move
across the road to another field that has almost 200 acres
in it. How hot there in Greece?? Should hit 105 F here by
Saturday.

Re: 8010
we are close to 34°C= 90°F wich is verry hot here in
Switzerland. 40°C=105°F would be a disaster here,only
some newer machinery and vehicels got AC.
no shops, restaurants or stores have AC,because we never got
that hot yet really, but it gets hotter every year.
PS.amazing that wide flex header, just unreal on such steep
hills.

Re: 8010
yesterday, temperatures in Belgium had a maximum of 37°C, I
had a thermometre in the sun, and it gave 49°... that's hot,
I can tell you that...

Re: 8010
Hit 108F here ( at The Dalles) Friday. Cooler up here at my
house ( which is over 2600 feet higher than The Dalles)by
still plenty warm. Over 100 here at the house again this
afternoon. Sure makes the wheat roll out easy! ;-)
