Torpedo bought a licence to build Deutz tractors and they
for example built the TD 75 06 with a 70 hp four cylinder
engine, which was essentially the same as the Deutz D 72 06.
Nevertheless the Torpedo TD 90 06 was without example in the
Deutz lineup. It was based on the TD 75 06 but powered by a
six cylinder engine with 90 hp. Deutz built a model D 90 06
from 1968 to 1970, but apart from the 90 hp six cylnder
engine it was totally different with a ZF transmission and a
larger hood. By the way: Torpedo even built driven front
axles themselves, while Deutz bought the axles from ZF and

Nice pictures ;-) When I was in Croatia a few years ago, I
saw only 1 Torpedo :-\
