SAMSON PG25
For extend the pump tower into the slurry, fill up the
tanker with 25'000 litres (6600 gallons) slurry and pull in
the tower again, it needs less than 2 minutes and 30
seconds! :-)

Re: SAMSON PG25
The pump for spreading the slurry is driven by the PTO, all
other functions are driven with the load-sensing hydraulic
system from the tractor and controlled with the Slurry
Master 6000 computer. It has 2 camera. One in the back for a
view over the injector and one in the pump tower for a view
into the slurry lagoon.

Re: SAMSON PG25
When the tanker is filled up, the slurry runs through the
overflow back into the laggoon.

Moin !!!!

Nice Tanker a very good technic.

But Man this thing is very expensiv. I read the Test at the
Profi and the price is absolutly over the Top: 186.000
Euro. For a Tanker with 24m Applicator, 7m injektor and the
Slurry Computer.
A lot for a Tanker.

Re: SAMSON PG25
So what will be the selling price for this liquid manure
spreader here in North America?

Re: SAMSON PG25
The slurry tanker on the pictures is a PG25 with many
optional extras (pump tower, electronic triaxle-steering,
lift axle, computer, cameras, load-sensing-system, etc.) and
costs around 300'000 CAN$.

That's quite a top price level, BUT: this kind of slurry
tanker is definitly NOT a tanker for an ordinary, simple
farmer!

That's the right gear for professional slurry contractors
which spread over 100'000m3 (26 million gallons) per year!
And in this size of business is professional, high reliable
gear more economical than "cheap" toys...

Re: SAMSON PG25
Wow that is quite expensive!I seriously doubt that there is
a big market for such an expensive liquid manure spreader
here in North America. If a contractor would buy such a
tank, he would need at least 2-3 of those tanks to be
effective.Did you take those pictures on the Hurlimann's
brothers dairy in Lemieux, Quebec, Canada?
