well moments after last pic leaving field trans diff carrige
blew apart, removed trans to final drive shafts applied park
brake engaged 4wd drove her home with rear wheels, not the
first time, not a pretty sight to finish harvest, pic shows
cross an part of carrige whats left :-\

If this ever happens to you make sure you disassemble the
brake housing an clean they will be full of metal deposits

Your fields are not very muddy. In my country we can not
use wheels but have to use tracks.

was too busy to take pics when really muddy, we don't need
track here sandy ground, about 40miles north of here when
it's wet the only way to go is tracks when it's dry it's
like concrete black land we call gumbo!!!!! :-D

In what part of the country is your farm located? I was in
Northern California, Sacramento area, last week and there is
a lot of rice grown around there. A lot of big farms with a
lot of combines and tractors on tracks.

Cummins been a while since I visited this page don't know what you mean by poor header, this drapper header feeds down rice way better than auger head & feeding is key to even separation in combine no slugs!!!!!!!!
