A visit to Poland
This weekend I've been again to the company Dutch Farmers
where I worked as a trainee in 2004. They are located in
Stargard, in the place Kluscewo in the north/west of Poland.

Last weekend they where harvesting potatoes and corn (for
bio-energy). They where also seeding some wheat and
preparing soil for it. Here are some photos!

Re: A visit to Poland
They make a big "hill" of the corn what has been harvested.
It became a big one, because they harvested 200 hectares of
corn!

Hi Rui Marques,

They where using a tractor of 200 hp for a 7 furrow plough.
He could pull it easy. They don't plow very deep, just about
18 cm. The fields where they had crops like potatoes, onions
and sugarbeets they only cultivate with a Lemken smaragd
like the NH on the first photos.

Hi Krasus, no this company is owned by 3 Dutch men who are
living in Holland. That's why the name is Dutch Farmers. It
was a pitty we where 1 week to late for the polagra
fieldshow, close to Poznan... I think it was very
interesting!

Ohw sorry Michiel voor het verkeerde type.... Was gister

Re: A visit to Poland
hectare was.

Re: A visit to Poland

Re: A visit to Poland

What about their land (over 3000 ha? They own it or lease
