Re: parlour
Tell me a little bit about the farm please. How many cows do
you milk? How long does it take? Do you raise your own
youngstock? How much crop ground? just give me an overview.
PLEASE!

Re: parlour
the farm milks 140 cows, rears its own youngstock. The cows
are only fed grass silage.

Re: parlour
with only 140 cows, you don't need a 20x20, do you?

Re: parlour
20x20, that's 400 cows at once, don't you mean 2x20?

anyways, it's too big for 140 cows. we have the same
parlour, 2x12 for 220 cows, and it does a great job.

Re: parlour
20x20 means 20 cows 20 clusters. 2x12 is 2 cows 12 clusters.
Anyway this is not my parlour, it is the parlour at the ag
college i go to. the other parlour picture in my album is
another parlour at the college. The parlour i milk in is a
20x10. i will put a picture of it on, it is for 120 cows.
