Yes. When I first time tryed to plow this field (with Kverneland ad85 5-furrow plow), it looked like this. Hasn't been tilled or anything for years. Had to give up.

So I came back with mower (Elho 320), and cut the shitgrass down.

Baled, and took them away. After that, tried plowing again. What a terrible field.

Tim Roels: As I told, the summer was very dry. No water anywhere. So this wet spot suprised me totally. And the tractor drop very quickly. Tried to lift plows before it was too late, but then it allready was too late. Ground below surface didn't carry at all.

Re: Jd 6920s & Lemken stuck!
Got up allmost by my self. Unattached plows and with another tractor, filled the "hole" on ground with that "shitgrass-stuff". Then I just attached plows again, and drove away (home) :)

No cow, sheep or horse would eat that shit. I'll burn those bales next easter. Quess you don't have any livestock ?-)

Re: Jd 6920s & Lemken stuck!
Maybe you found a soak hole / bog hole? Could be a natural spring that is always wet regardless of how dry it is?

I have seen springs here in Tasmania (Australia) that flow more the drier it is, which is the opposite of how you would expect it to be.

Nice pics anyway :-)

Re: Jd 6920s & Lemken stuck!
Maybe. Or the drainage system doesn't work. I need to dig that place next summer, and check the pipes. Most likely, I'll just put some extra pipes: http://www.farmphoto.com/fpv2/message.aspx?mid=207221
