Tell him I say hello:-P There are lots of people from wales in canada as well;-) I know one guy from wales who went to canada And He shot the guy who was drilling his fields for oil. And my friend stayed on his farm! and he did not know he was a murderer until He saw it on the news when he came home! Ahhhh!!!!! Anyways i think he is still in Jail. You guys also use "Herbst" dump trailers also built in the UK (ireland)

Re: Spreading dry manure
Like Marien said, we rent the spreader from 2 brothers from england. They rent out a variety of equipment and they also build equipment. The make their own dumptrailers. We have a Veenhuis dumptrailer that we imported from the Netherlands.

Nice pics, its been cold already indeed Jdeere, we've had -40 overnight already.:-( Pretty cold:-P

Are you guys allowed to spread manure while the fields are frozen? Or did it not freeze yet at time of spreading?

Re: Spreading dry manure
At that time there had been some frost at night, but not much. We can apply in the winter with some restrictions but none of those applied when we spread it.
