This part of this particular crop is a bit sparse but you can still see the poppies feeding into the comb front.

This operation looks like a good place to use a Versatile/Ford/New Holland bi-directional tractor. :-D

You may be right SRW, although you dont see these sorts of tractors over here. I have seen an old Versatile, think it was set up with a swather to cut pyrethrum but that is the only one I have ever seen in Tasmania.

The idea of having conventional tractors is they can be taken off the harvester, turned back around then used back on the farm (most belong to contractors).
