General harvesting photos
Three pics in one here.

At the top is one of the trailers used to cart the harvested poppies to the processing factory. The driver is tarping up, ready to head off for the factory. This contractor also uses this truck & trailer to cart pyrethrum.

The bottom two pics show a freak accident that we discovered after returning to the packed up poppy harvester after a few days off due to bad weather.

The front had broken off the machine & actually crushed a sheep to death (the sheep has a caution flag over it for some reason)!

We assumed that when it was raining the sheep gathered around the machine to get shelter & this unlucky one got crushed when the front broke!

The truck driver pictured was quite bemused!
Re: General harvesting photos
How bizarre!

Also, an excellent innovation to stitch several photos together before posting. (I see Tom Vandegaer has done something similar). Before FPv2 this would not have been as effective due to the picture being resized via the maximum width but now it works quite well for either a vertical or horizontal strip of related photos.....
Re: General harvesting photos
We certainly couldn't believe it when we arrived for work & found what we did, I can tell you Stu!

As for the way the photos are put together, thats the way I recieved them from my partner, who scanned the photos for me (they as well as alot of my older photos have been taken on a "normal" camera, pre digital days, lol).

That's the way that she put them together for me, so I will have to thank her :-)

When you click on the image to enlarge it, you can get a good close up of all three pics, which looks great.
