Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
Nice auger tractor, or wagon puller. It would be a nice
tractor to haul some corn with to town.

Sorry,
Never was a big John Deere 4wd fan. I'd stick to CaseIH or
New Holland 4wds.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
What a piece of junk!!!!!!!!! And no I'm not talking about
the car, I'm talking about the tractor. What did the car
drive under the tractor tires because i know the tractor
would never be able to drive onto the car.:-D

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
You kids and your crappy colour wars!!! I crused a Toyota
Hilux pickup with an old 1972 2wd Ford 4550 digger. It's no
big deal, doesnt take much to crush a car.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
Oh, really. No really, I should be the one apologizing. I
was just kind of wanting something with REAL power. John
Deere just doesn't have any 4wds with power, so I'd rather
stick to Case or New Holland. Why does Kinze build repowers
for Deere and not Case, probably because the Case already
has the power. A Case would suck that 9520 through it's air
breather and spit it out it's exhaust, no problem. Plus, the
CaseIH and New Holland 4wds are running over the rated
horsepower straight from the factory, not even being
touched. Any more comments. I just love these color wars.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
I hate color wars, but I'd put our old 9250 Steiger against
that 9520 any day.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
I didn't drove a 9520 yet but a 8520
That are verry good and comfortable tractors
And shut up all off you
NOTHING IS BETTER THAN A CAT MT 865 WITH A MAX HP OF 564
I WOULD PULL YOUR STEIGER, CASE, NH, SHLUTTER, AND EVEN THE
JD IN LITTLE PIECES

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
Oh, chill out there, buddy. We had a CaseIH with a CAT 3406
in it before our Quadtrac, and it ran at least that much. We
put a bigger turbo on it, bigger injectors, and turned the
pump up at least ten turns. Plus, I think we are in a
green/red color war. Which CAT just doesn't fit in? Plus
CATs are way too high priced in the beginning and aren't
worth a dime for resale. So, just settle down, take a deep
breath and exhale slowly.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
martino,
first of all do you even farm? O and yeah my "daddie" and
me and my brothers farm 11,000 acres so yeah i think if we
wanted a john deere we could afford it. Yeah and have you
ever looked at all the john deeres on this web site because
i have. and when you look and the category "stuck" that is
all you see is jds. Tell me how many whites and olivers you
see in that category. And that thing you said about a
rainbow not being complete without a green, well good i
would rather the rainbow was not complete because a rainbow
is asociated with gays. and that is what john deere is,
GAY!!!!!!!!! but who knows since you like jds maybe you are
gay.

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
Two questions, if Oliver is referring to the old tractors
that went out of business, how can you even start to make
fun of JD? There's a reason why Oliver is not making
machines anymore. And second, how can a tractor brand be
gay?

Re: Don't Mess with John Deere
I hate to get into these "color wars" , however, I must
reply to why there are no Whites or Olivers in the "stuck
category". Reason is.....they don't exist - except in the
memories of "once upon a time". These two brands were
cobbled up the now AGCO years ago and if you do have one, it
is a relic. There's nothing wrong with that, however, that's
the fact. For the CAT guys, it is AGCO now, and yes they say
CAT on the side but it is owned by AGCO...factory and all
(CAT does supply the engines). For those of you talking
about turning engines up....that was acceptable years ago
but now manufactures must adhere to Tier 2 and soon to be
Tier 3 emmission levels. In order to do this, HP has
decreased in relation to the over all size of the engine. No
one likes it but that's the way it is. Some new engines can
be "turned up" with aftermarket controllers, but for the
most part, factory settings are set in stone due to US
government regulations. There is one fact, though, that
reins above all.....the product is only as good as its
service. Color plays no part in this....if you have great
parts and service for the type of equipment that you bought,
then more power to you. If you have more than one brand that
provides this within your vicinty, then JD will, in most
cases, give you the best trade-in value.
