the cost abut $16000 canadain to do a truck 4 tyers .
they are tredelborg i think that is how you speel it
you can do areon 80 km on the road with them

never blow one but we did run over some thing on the road and slashed one .
it is a lot off money but you dont spend all day pulling stuck trucks out :-)

Gee, I have never seen tyres like this on a truck before!

As you said, if it means not getting stuck, I suppose it is worth it. I have seen a few pics here in Aust of old 6wd Bedford army trucks set up with silage feedout bins on the chassis; would be good especially over winter.
