Are these pigs sold as feeder pigs, meaning they are sold at 50-75 pounds and going to a hog feeder to finish these hogs to market weight. or are they kept there on the farm in which they are raised to finish weight. And what weight do you call these finished hogs and ready for slaughter?

@Roy: We get the piglets when they weight 24-27kg and they are finished to marketing weight (110-125kg).
There´s no special word for finished pigs. The german word for feeder pigs is "Mastschweine".

@TasCowboy: We feed 850 Pigs at a time, in addition to milking 80 cows, raising their offspring and farming about 200 ha of land.

@Degryse: After cleaning the stables and pumping the liquid manure out of the cellar we use Calcium Cyanamide (Kalkstickstoff), which is actually a fertillizer, to kill maggots and other vermin in the cellars. The white stuff is chalk mixed with water and sprayed inside the stable for desinfection.
Maybe I´ll upload some pictures of the equipment in the next days.
