Re: Still a hard worker
In 1999 we sold our for 8830. It was not a very good tractor even like the 8630 we have got. But the 88 was much better then the 86.

We really could see the John Deere 4755 was much stronger. We hang up the 4755 at the lemken plough 5 furrow and at the same field we get the 8830 before the plough. The different in power was very nice to see..:-D

Yes thanks JCB, Have it saved in my favourites ALREADY :-)

They have recently launched the machines (mainly drills) here in Aus, although I havent seen any dealers here in Tassie just yet (importer is based in Queensland I think),

Cheers,

TC ;-)

Re: Still a hard worker
Hej Stark1!

Hälsning från Halland!

Nice pictures. 1983-84 I worked as tractor driver at a big potato grower and storage. This firm used Fords, and some days I drove an TW-30 with flat bed trailers loaded with potatoes. This TW 30 was cold hard steel, but expect for the AC it never showed any weakness. No hills made this tractor slow down even if the trailers weighed app. 30 tonnes. It's a pity all pictures from this time is on 35 mm dias.
