Re: gretz
for the sake of FarmPhoto I think we have to ensure this sort of stuff and users who post are banned permanently.
The only thing we should have to worry about is the colour of tractor not if we can allow our kids to look at this webpae safely

Re: gretz
No I dont think there is a photo limit per thread, just a limit of one new thread per day; check with Stu anyway.

Dry everywhere this year I think (even in reliable old Tassie) :-P

Re: gretz
Glad to see that everyone is quick to hide these rubbish posts. I see I will also have to hide the thumbnail as well. I guess I might also have to start tracing IP addresses to stop clowns like 'stucker' re-registering under similar pseudonyms as soon as he is banned.

:-\

Since the beginning I have been opposed to implementing draconian security measure as I hate to hinder the majority of users because of the actions of the irresponsible few.

Re: gretz
stu, your point of tracing IP addresses is valid but the only small thing i can think of is people on dial-up connections recieve a new IP each time they dial up. Im not sure if this was the IP you were refering too or the computer one. were are on a slightly different system to dial up but still get a different ip each time too
hopefully i dont confuse you too much but i dont want to see innocent members locked out by this simple problem if they recieve a banned ip. Chances are probly very low of this happening i know.
i could be barking up the wrong tree:-\ just some food for thought.
