Is it free to convert forrest to fields in Finland?

Normal forest is free to convert forrest to fields.
Natura area this is impossible mission.
This area we have very much stone and rockybottom.
Problem is find good new fields area. Cutter not like stone

What an unusual machine & an unusual way of converting bushland to farm land :-P never seen anything like that over here before.

We made 18 hectare new farmland :-)
North-and middle Finland many farmers make new farmland.
That is one way to make the little farm viable

Excavator is one system. Put stump row . And some years later, carry stump out of field. Or digging into the ground

In the photos you can see a big cutter with own eingine.
Usually cutters take power from tractor PTO
