Autosteer 8400T with Deere 1890
No tilling wheat into the Red River Valley clay soils south
of fargo, ND.

Previous crop was soybeans. The tractor is an 8400T with
Autosteer, pulling a 42ft 1890 and 1910 cart.

April 2003.

Re: Autosteer 8400T with Deere 1890
Does that Auto Steer work very effectivly???? also with the
auto steer doesn't that take some of the fun out of driving
a tractor during the spring???? Just wondering, cause I
enjoy steering tractors and running them....didn't know if
that cut down on the fun of it.

I thought the same thing, but allowing you to make arrow
straight passes makes the tramlines look awesome. It just
gives you more time to read the operators manual !

I guess it would look pretty neat with straight rows, we
never have any because of our philosiphy, as long as it
grows who cares. Also we dont' have the most high tech
machinery out there. But nice info about the acurracy Matt.
