Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
Than I had to cultivate some headlands from a local rose grower. This soil is light withg very much stones in it.

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
Jdeere, normally we'd call that a "deep ripper" not a cultivator... :-\

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
Josh A: This is not a deep ripper, we use a much larger model of that, this one only does a 40 cm, and our real ripper can get to 75 cm deep.

Here at another field.

Look at the huge tree in the background.. It's a very large tree with a lot of initials from people in it.

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
Everything is diagonal directions to provide the plough from following the rippers tracks in the ground.

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
The ripper is cracked at more places, we welded it together and made a steel bar under it.

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
As usual good posts! If you have been working hard all day it was not to much fuel consumed. Some long days (15 h) with our round baler we nearly fill the same in our 6920s.

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
Less than 20 litres an hour with a deep cultivator is not so bad! If you compare to your Fendt's do you think the JD is "thirsty"?

Re: John Deere 6920 cultivating
