grain in shed
these pics were a real find for me thinking they were lost! they are of our grain storage shed in 2004 with barley in it. The year was a dry finish and grain quality was an issue for us. Using this storage we were able to blend it and get a better grade.
the shed is 60ft wide and about 40 high grain about 20 high.
we had approx. 800-900 tonne in here that year.the most we have stored in it. should hold 2000 tonne when full (estimated!)

Re: grain in shed
many local farmers are too seing the need for on farm storage many have sheds of varying sizes and ideas very handy for us in a n early area often starting harvest before the grain recieval points are ready for it......so we get it before we loose it!
