County 1004 pre force
Hi everyone, I have recently purchased a County 1004 1967 and am interested in locating a "Super 6" badge for the front, a pair of complete footplates, front and rear side lamps and the cowls below the diesel tank around the steering box any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards Len.

Re: County 1004 pre force
the super 6 badge is gonne be very hard to find but on www.ebay.co.uk is stuff like that sometimes offered, the side lights are still available new by hella. The footplates are easy to make yourself, for my 1004 force i made them in a half a day and you can't see the difference from the originals

Re: County 1004 pre force
Hi wouter, many thanks do you know if the pre force should have indicators incorporated in the front and rear side lamps or should they be seperate items on the top of the wing.

Re: County 1004 pre force
that depends from the country that you are living. In the united kingdom it was seperate in the benelux it was integrated in the side lights

Re: County 1004 pre force
Thanks very much Wouter, sorry for all of these questions, I have tried to find the lamps on the Hella website but not being that good with computors I have not found them. Do you know of a link or may be the item numbers?
Also I have seen some with similar side lamps to the Force 4000/5000 ( with the black plastic base) mine appears to have the remains of a rubber backing on metal brackets.
My tractor also has unusual headlamps completely encased in metal with the glass sticking out farther at the top than the bottom, A County specialist over here tells me they are quite rare but correct, all of the ones I have seen are held in with the grey rubber seal as are the Ford tractors.
Regards Len.
P.S. have you any photos of your County?
