Re: Charrue Charlier
Each furrow works on 14 pouces / 35,53 cm. That is to say a
total work width of 4,27 m. The plough is drawn by a 4755
196 hp.

Re: Charrue Charlier
Hi Main-Verte,
what kind of soil do you have? In our heavy clay we would
need about about 30-35 HP for each furrow...

Re: Charrue Charlier
Hi SHG,

This plough works in chalk grounds in Champagne (France). We
need about 15 hp per furrow. It's easier to work than your
heavy clay I think...

Re: Charrue Charlier
Thank you for your answer.
At home I think we would use the 4755 to transport the plow
to the field...and change to a Cat or someting else ;-)

Re: Charrue Charlier
To bring back the plough at farm from the manufacturer when
buying, the 6920 had been used. Use a Cat or the 4755 with
only half of ploughshares ;-) !!!
