Yes me too but i just put it down to the site being busy with alot viewing, so i give it a while or refresh the page and normaly works

@John Deere Power: Normal Error..:-DThe server is giving for being busy this error...:-\Come across dense in the Aspx Web Site to the such errors..:-( My Localhost is giving a lot of errors..:-DBut, My page language VB script..:-)

Yes, a fairly common thing. I think from what Stu told me once that each time there is an error, he gets an error log, so he is certainly aware of the problem ;-)

The error itself relates to accessing the database. What it is saying is "you have asked the database a question, but the database has failed to return an answer within an acceptable time".

Yes, it does happen when there is heavy load on the server (ie., lots of people) but what it really means i think is that there is an inefficiency in my code somewhere that needs to be found and eliminated.

I have changed many things in an effort to optimize the database calls, and have quite a few changes still to go. The changes are good but it's hard to say whether or not I have fixed the real problem yet... :-\

Please let me know when you see errors as with my changes i may have broken something else and not realized....
