Re: CORN AND SPRAYER
Hey Bob
Where is Cable IL? I live in northwest Illinois about 1
hour from the Quad Cities. The corn and beans look great
here but like you said we still need rain. We have all the
corn sprayed and about done row cultivating. Still about 4
fields of beans left to spray roundup on. How many acres do
you farm? I see you have a JD self-propelled sprayer in the
background. Do you use all JD equipment? Thanks. Good
day.

Re: CORN AND SPRAYER
HI:JEREMY

Being retired from John Deere going on 3 years now I get to
help put in Beans and run one of the combines in the Fall,a
great job. Yes they run all Deere equipement on 4000+ acres.
Cable is 20 miles as the Crow flies south of the Quad
City's. Have a great day I am attaching a photo taken today
by the bird feeder.:-) You can tell I am very busy today.;-)

Re: CORN AND SPRAYER
Hey Bob how's things your way man? Crops here are the best
i've seen in 3-4 years. Well we don't have a drought this
year, lol. Good amounts of timely rain so far. Cutting wheat
right now, and corn is taller than me (im 5'9") and some is
starting to tassel. Beans are still being planted, mainly
double cropped beans behind wheat. Tobacco and cotton look
good too. Hope you guys get some rain soon.:-)

Re: CORN AND SPRAYER
Glad to hear you guys are done planting Bob. Some people
still have a few double crop beans to plant, but that should
be done before July 4th i think. Now we could use some rain.
Hasn't rained this week, and has been hot and humid the
entire week. We have a chance of rain Saturday and Sunday.
Hope we get some then.:-)

Jason, very nice looking website you got going there.;-)
