Driver fatigue or inexperience.

No no no Arjan, you misunderstood. Those units dump ENDwise, not to the side... :-D

Sorry for your misfortune, seems we're both laying things on their sides during silage this year. Haven't been rear-ended by an F-350 yet though thankfully.

What is the modification on the 7920's hood guard for?

Re: corn 2007
It is hard to see the hood guard or the end of the hood from the seat. They kept hitting the feed mixer with the guard and bending it so I made it a little taller.

What ever happened to that baller after it was rolled?

Re: corn 2007
Ok, makes sense. They do have quite the nose on them... How well does it work?
Isn't the 7820 usually loading the mixer and the 7920 packing etc?

How's your 960A working? Better luck than the CIH? I heard you were running them both side-by-side some days...

The baler was repaired. I've so far made 1,500 bales with it, almost entirely trouble-free. Had two issues with the right-hand-drive on the pick-up, likely as a result of the rollover. I'm working on green feed right now, still have 110 acres left that I hope to finish up in the next few days.

After trying your pile method, we got an AgBagger bagging machine that puts them in the bag 3 high. This way one person can handle it, it's 100% sealed, and if you stick a grain vac on there before you tie off the bag, you won't find a better seal.
