fordsons 51010 112 Big IH either
Big IH
We don't see many of this model in the UK. I guess from the
lights on the mudgaurd that it originates from the States.
Any ideas? ;-)
Re: Big IH
Looks like a 706 about 78pto hp. Not sure about engine hp
which is more. built from fall of 63 till fall of 67 I
think. At the same time the 806 came out at 95 pto hp. It is
one of the legendary IH tractors and probably was much more
popular than the 706 since desired power was growing by the
year. This model is a wheatland model as far as fenders etc.
Most were row crop with small fenders for more visibility
or mounting corn or cotton harvesting equipment.
Re: Big IH
Yes its a 706 wiht wheatland fenders as redneck says
Beautifull tractors to see, i like the Farmall and IH's and
specialy the bigger types as 806, 1206, 1466, 1468 and 1568
with that briljant V-8 engine. I dont like much to see this
type of fenders. But more companys has this type fenders
like J-D, Allis-Chalmers, Oliver on that time.
