No, even the outer castings are different !! However, a
local dealer had a C-355 coming in every year and a half, a
gearwheel of the oil pump drive broke, every time. He
replaced the gearwheel about four time, till he checked the
Zetor parts manual, and found out that the numbers were teh
same, except for the Ursus number having a leading "c" in
front of the number. When he replaced the gearwheel with a
Zetor part (plus the shaft it was on) it never occurred

So parts numbers are mostly the same, and parts DO fit
mostly. However the gear case molds have a different outer

Ursus C-355 came from Ursus C-4011, whitch is licenced build
Zetor 4011, and so what?
Greek C-355 looks great and thats a pitty that it was only
there avialiable in that style.

Zetor and Ursus developed together all hevy weight tractors
started from Ursus C-385 whitch is equal with Zetor 8011,
and all other (biger) tractors, it was cooperation produced,
it was long time ago, before 1989...
