Could be somebody bought a red Cockshutt in Canada and
bought it across the borders and painted it Oliver colors.
Should be basically the same tractor except for color, name
plate, and country where it is sold.

Same as the Oliver version. Minneapolis-Moline had a
version as well, though not called the 1800.

There were Cockshutt's painted green.

Ya they made green cockshutt tractors. Actualy my Cockshutt
1850 has green paint underneith it but when my grandpa
bought it brand new it was red. Cockshutt and Oliver are
basicaly the same tractor especialy the 50 and 55 series.
The Cockshutt was just the Canadian and Oliver was the
American.
