FMILON 56405 1 IH either
1600 through 1800 IH loadstar trucks were popular in many
wheat growing areas of North America. This model was built
from about 1963 till early 1970's when a nicer looking tilt
forward hood was added. Sold by most IH farm equipment
dealers in wheat growing areas. Not so many corn belt
dealers carried a truck franchise I think. Had kind of bad
door latch which could go bad after much use. Good solid
trucks. V8 engines were a little hard to getting use to
driving as they required high rpm's on heavy loads different
that earlier IH trucks with 6 cylinder engines.
