New Holland 9640
After a whole day of work this New Holland 9640 was
returning at home when, in a cross-roads, it breaks some
bolt of the reduction-unit in the left wheel!
Machine turn on itself for about 90° and stop its run
against a street-lamp.
Luckily no people or motor-vehicles was near the harvester
during its "show"!

Re: New Holland 9640
The problem was to remove the machine on the cross-street!
Calling a crane and a truck with a trailer to load the
forage harvester with header needs to much time and was too
difficult so the machine's owner decided to repair it " on
the road ".

Re: New Holland 9640
So they called the New Holland's technicians that arrived
with spare parts and worked about 3 hours to replace the
reduction-unit!
