Re: 2WD 7700
WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT A 7700 IN 2WD IS BEYOND ME ITS LIKE
HAVING A JD 8520'S ENGINE ON A 2130 2WD, NOT MUCH USE!

Re: 2WD 7700
There's people who have an 8100 or 8120 in 2wd. They have a
9400 in the background so we could rule out the fact of fwa
being to expensive. Which is why some people don't get fwa.

Take care.

Re: 2WD 7700
Thanks for those informations. But still remains a question,
what's the reason behind having a 190 hp tractor 2wd ?

You loose 50 % of your engine traction power, wasted in
slipping ?!?

Are those tractors used in pulling wagons on roads or sthg
like that ?

Here, only small tractors are still 2WD. Passed 100 HP
almost all are 4WD, and I've never seen a 190 HP 2WD, even
if I think they looks awesome like that!

Greetings from France,

David

Re: 2WD 7700
If you only have flat land, you get more traction with a 2wd
with duals, than with a 4wd with single mounting. You also
get more flotation. If you have rich grandparents you can
say that a 4wd tractor with duals in both ends are optimal.
