Re: New Holland TF42
full load, in this case wheat grain
Re: New Holland TF42
deere, you have clearly shown us that you use some very good
tractors to do your work (massey is best)
but why do you have a crap name? (deere??????)
Re: New Holland TF42
jim, have you ever been driving anything else than a mf?
Re: New Holland TF42
in a word...............NO
i tell a lie, i have driven nearly all makes for a short
period of time but massey is defrinantely best
in my experience, ford smokes and falls to bits, case is
unrefined and 5 years behind everyone else, valmet, valtra
and fendt are all foregn wopuldnt even touch, i sat in one
at a big dairy event last week, look at the joystick, how
does that work????

i have a friend who loves case he is trying to ween me off
MF so i agreed to have a look at a 150 hp case 15 summit 6
cylinder from the outside it looked good but everything was
old, the gears were old and the whole cab layout was like a
20 year old massey and to my surprise it was L REG which is
1994, i have a 1994 MF 399 with shuttle, air con, mint gear
box the lot i was disserpointed, so im pleased to have 8
masseys and all form brand new i hav to say yes brand
new even the 35X with multipower!!!

i have nothing against other makes but my personal opinion
is that massey is best

and by the way, JD have horrible coloured interior which
they still use inthe new models, the pick up hitch is weak
and has a tendancy to bend, and u cannot see the hook and
they are too expensive, and so are JCB who have a very low
lifting capacity

and do i even hav to mention zetor?
stick to massey
Re: New Holland TF42
Well I wouldn´t worry about interior color as long as it
isn´t pink:-D
Re: New Holland TF42
too true!
i guess i dont know enough about other makes and dont hav
the guts to go out and buy one but im sure it would do just
fine with another make but im hooked on massey
Re: New Holland TF42
yes, we have a good make of tractor doing the field work on
the farm, we have an old Mf 690 B reg 2WD which we are
swapping becasue it is a rust bucket, we are having one of
those new Mf 6400, it has 125hp which will be the smaller
one of the series.

We was going to get a Jd 6620 but we want to stay with the
same make becasue the other Mf on the farm, we have been
happy with there performance
