Ben,

Why do you keep fooling around with other people's pictures?
This one comes straight from http://www.vanderwoerd.nl !!!!!
Didn't the Padjakkers warn you enough? You are such a moron.

Re: new holland tm met veenhuis
You guys should quit bashing other people about the
pictures. Who cares if they come from another site? I come
to this site everyday to look at cool farm pics and all i
read is people bashing others because they got a picture off
another site or that the picture has been posted before.
Come on guys, CHILL OUT!!!! Just enjoy the pics and quit
complaining about where they came from!!!

I just don't think it's fair to show off with other people's
pictures. Robbing is just too easy....

Re: new holland tm met veenhuis
Guys,

there are important legal, professional, and ethical reasons
why people should not post other people photos without their
permission. I'm not going to try and address the legal
reasons. Suffice it to say that copyright laws apply equally
on the internet as anywhere else.

Ethically, think how you would feel if someone was posting
your pictures all over the internet without your permission.
If you had not given specific permission for someone to do
this I suspect you would be pretty annoyed.

Remember that this site operates solely on the willingness
of people to share photos. If we start to abuse their trust
then the amount of photos posted here will likely start to
decline.

When it comes to moderating this forum I usually rule in
favor of the photo owners - they are the ones, after all,
that make this site possible...

best,

Stu,

You have a great point. But instead of everyone complaining
about it, if they see a picture that is stolen, then just
type the site that it was stolen from. I've seen that doen a
lot of times on here. I think that's the best way to do it!
