Re: R62 in Beans
Hi Stuart,
Looking the pictures, I think which your present faba bean
crop is good, better than 2002 drought crop. I saw your
dwarf faba of 2002 crop.

I hope you have very good yield now.

Greetings from Brazil,
Flavio Gassen
Re: R62 in Beans
Very nice photos! Love them Gleaners. How was the growing
season Stuart? Hopefully good for ya.

Re: R62 in Beans
Hi Flavio & Lance
Sorry for the late reply, been busy
Faba Beans do look a better crop than last year, should go
about 1 tn /acre. Pulled out of the beans just after the
photos were taken, still to many green pods coming through.
shifted into our barley, barley is yielding excellent some
going 1.7 tn /acre, all feed though no malt.
The growing season here was good here till October then
drying off, frosts & hot dry days, we had a stripe rust
outbreak in the wheat early Oct. Between the rust and frosts
some of our wheat will be affected, yield & quality.
Still overall should be a pretty good harvest, much better
than last year.
The Gleaner is still going great, should be good for a few
years yet.

Greetings from Australia

Flavio, I like your close up photos some great shots.
