County 1884
formaat.Voor mij een van Fords hoogtepunten.

Re: County 1884
Never past tulips? What about wooden shoes?? ;-) I got this
picture from a Guy I know, who is also a Ford'aholic, and he
knows a hell lot about County. He visited the Countyday (or
was it a weekend?) in september, and he has contacts in
England. This picture is also taken on you're side of the
creek. I have no further information about this tractor,
although I 'heared' that this is the only TW-30 1884 with a
gen.2 cabine. But I'm not sure about that. The rest of the
story was about me babling on about the magniffisant sound,
size etc. of the TW-30 tractor. Greetings!

Re: County 1884
I spoke to the son of the guy who gave me the picture. He
confirmed that there was one 1884 delivered by the factory
with an Gen.2 cabine, but that it wasn't this one. This
example was delivered with a Gen.1 cabine, and was converted
to a Gen.2 later on. I don't know who the owner is.

Re: County 1884
This is the 1884 with the original Gen.2 Cabine. He lives a
really tough life (as you can see) at a forrestrycommision.

The real super Q is the one in the woods. It was sold new to
British Steel who used for pulling ingot trailers around the
steel mill. The other 1884, had the cab roof changed to
super Q after a accident. It belongs to a collector in the
midlands.
