It looks like a GH. To my knowledge Gleaner didn't make the F in a hillside version. Gleaner made the models A and C in hillside versions known as AH's and CH's plus a CH2 Hill Special before they made the GH. The MH, MH2, and MH3 came later and as far as I know were the last factory hillside combines that Gleaner built.
