taken 7/19/02 had no rain since 6/13. May not even harvest
the field.

Sorry to see your beans failed. Is that your worst field?
What do most of the beans look like in your area? Here in
Southern Ontario corn's around 5-6 feet and tasseling and
beans are short to normal height. He got 3-4 inches of rain
over last 5 days which are bringing crops back. Was just

Sounds like you guys in SE IL are struggling with your
crops, in Central IL we got our corn in early before all the
wet spells and its doing fine whereas the late corn, didn't
tassle and put its roots down far enough yet and blew down
in a strong wind we had the other night. Our soybeans are
around waist high and touching in our wide 36" rows, and the
late beans are looking better with each passing day because
we had 6in of rain in 6 days which really helped to give
them that extra umpf.
